6. Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Failure to collect from courier

The customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Take clear photos of:
    • The parcel packaging
    • Shipping label
    • Damaged item(s)
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
